Grayscale has applied to convert the Sui Trust into an ETF, which it plans to list on the NYSE Arca.

According to Foresight News , Grayscale filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 5, 2025, applying to change the Grayscale Sui Trust to the Grayscale Sui Trust ETF. Currently, these shares are traded on the OTCQX market under the ticker symbol "GSUI". Upon the registration statement attached to this prospectus becoming effective, the trust intends to list these shares on the New York Stock Exchange Arca (NYSE Arca), retaining the ticker symbol "GSUI".
